Can I Refund my Money after I’ve ordered a product due to certain reasons?

  • Ang JNAShoppe ay may 3 types of products na binebenta, at lahat ng ito ay may slightly different Refund Policies.
  1. Gadgets and Retail Items: Ito ay may full 7-day guarantee if it is manufacture defect, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full/partial refund depending on the item's state. We also have a 3 MONTHS PARTS REPLACEMENT warranty for some of our products. Maaari niyo pong kausapin ang aming CSR (Customer Service Representative) if yours is covered. Ang babayaran niyo lang po is ang return shipping fee and replacement of parts after the 7-day guarantee lapsed.

Can I Return the Product I’ve ordered?

  • Yes, you can return it to us. Pwede niyo pong isauli ang product kung nakitaan niyo po ito ng defect. Pero kung okay naman ang product at walang anumang sira, hinde niyo na po siya pwedeng ibalik.

Can I Exchange the product that I’ve ordered to other product?

  • Opo, pwede naman po. Additional payment na lang po sa shipping fee and sa product kung mas mahal ito sa naunang product na inorder niyo.

What do I do if I received a wrong product which I haven’t ordered?

  • We’re very sorry if that thing happens, ganunpaman papalitan namin yung maling product na natanggap niyo ng product na inorder niyo. Free na po ang Shipping Fee, pakianticipate na lang po if ever na mangyare nga po ang bagay na yun.

 Can I Cancel my Order  if I Haven’t receive it on the said time of shipment?

  • Hinde na po ninyo macacancel yung order niyo once na naprocess na po siya, all you need to do is to wait for it. We don't have any control po sa courier na ginagamit namin. 1-3days for Metro Manila and 3-7days naman po pag Provincial area. Gagawin naman po namin lahat, maideliver lang po ng mabilis at maayos yung product sa inyo.
